| | | | At this month’s meeting, we will have Diana Breene and Rich Hawks of NewsGator on site to deliver a session on the topic of Social Computing and SharePoint, which will highlight how the social networking capabilities of SharePoint can be leveraged to provide real business value to end users. The session will begin by providing an overview of the social networking features of SharePoint that come out of the box and will lead into how NewsGator’s flagship social network product, Social Sites, can be deployed within an organization to enhance this aspect of the SharePoint feature set, both for the existing 2007 version and the forthcoming 2010 version. The presentation will include demos of this product offering, and also have a review of case studies from other organizations whom have deployed this solution and the business value that was realized from it. | |

Did you know that Microsoft recently released a SharePoint Administration kit, to help administer manage Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Server 2007 and Windows® SharePoint®Services version 3.0 implementations?
