Got An Idea?
We welcome solicitations for programming. Though the SharePoint Users Group recognizes that
most companies and vendors would be interested in presenting to our
membership thus gaining marketing exposure for their company or product,
there is a clear distinction between a trade show-style sales pitch and a
presentation intended to educate our membership. Vendors are therefore
forewarned that their presentations must be delivered by technically
competent personnel who are capable of addressing questions posed by the
audience.
Presentations must meet at least
one of the following criteria to qualify:
- Focus on a technical issue or topic of interest to the
SharePoint community
- Talk about lessons learned from a project involving SharePoint
- Educate or provide training to the members on SharePoint-related
topics
- Focus on business models or practices enabled by SharePoint
Presentations must not be a blatant
sales pitch for your company or product.
With this in mind, the SharePoint Users Group has established a screening process in order
to provide speaking opportunities at our meetings. To be considered for a
speaking engagement, please submit your proposal with the following
